1.1. Exhibition Stand Visiting

We can offer you the possibility to visit the exhibitors at their stand.

2. B2B Meetings Planning (Invite to Event and Meetings Planner Online Modules)

Because your time is very precious, we offer the possibility to optimize your time, the number of meetings and the efficiency of meetings by using our online tools (Meetings Planner, Invite to Event, My Program) and sending/receiving invitations for meetings to/from suppliers (exhibitors) that you would like to meet at the event.

3. Attend B2B Meetings at the Trade Fair or by Video Conference

The meetings are held at the Trade Fair – Exhibitor stand or by Video Conference using Zoom Video Conferencing tools.

4. Attend Presentations at the Trade Fair or by Video Conference

Live presentations are held at the Trade Fair and available on the event website.

Virtual attending (online)

1. Online B2B Meetings Planning (Invite to Event and Meetings Planner Online Modules)

Because your time is very precious, we offer the possibility to optimize your time, the number of meetings and the efficiency of meetings by using our online tools (Meetings Planner, Invite to Event, My Program) and sending/receiving invitations for meetings to/from potential clients or actual clients that you would like to meet, during the event.

2. Online B2B Meetings by Video Conferencing

In order to held the meetings, we provide you a solution using Zoom Video Conferencing tools.

3. Online Presentations by Video Conferencing

Watching a video or a presentation is very easy with our online tools. The program of livestream presentations is available at https://emsetech.intradefairs.com/program

4. Other additional services

At your request, we can provide you additional services in order to better support your participation at the Fair. It is very important to specify these requests upon your registration.

Which are the costs for the participation?

For Visitors

Ticket purchase for visitor will be available after the visitor registration on the event website in the visitor account at Ticket validation, starting 15.12.2022. The price of one ticket is 20 lei (aprox. 4 eur, including taxes) for all 4 days access. All tickets will be sent in an electronic format by e-mail after visitor registration and ticket validation. The access to the event will be based on ticket scanning. Please make sure you have on your phone the e-mail with the electronic ticket or print at home the ticket and bring it with you at the event.

Redeem a voucher - Visitors can participate free if they are invited to the event by an exhibitor. In this case the exhibitor will send to the visitor de discount code. The visitor will register on the event website and will access Ticket validation in their account in order to validate the ticket and to receive the free ticket by e-mail.

People with dizabilities, institutionalized people, pupils and students have free access to the event for all 4 days. 

Young people and children under the age of 18 have free access to the event and they must be accompanied by an adult who has a visitor ticket.

How to use the Invite to Event Module?

The Invite to Event module is available for all online accounts.

By using this module, you can send online invitations for participation in the event to a list of email addresses defined by yourself.

2. Write the email addresses into the form

How to use the Meetings Planner Module?

The Meetings Planner module is part of B2B Meetings services. You have access to this module only by acquiring the B2B Meetings service.

By using the Meetings Planner module, you can send online invitations for meetings to the registered participants in the event and you can increase your participation efficiency by 60%.

3. Select: Book spot (the meeting timing)

4. Write the reason(s) of requesting the meeting

5. Send the invitation

The invited person will receive an invitation in their account and on their email address. In case of acceptance, the meeting will be planned automatically. You will receive the confirmation.

How to approve or refuse a meeting?

You will receive an invitation on your email address.

How to use the Video Conferencing Module?

Networking & meeting planning

For networking and meeting planning EMSETECH offers to specialized visitors (company representatives) several applications: Invite to Event, Meetings planner, My program. All applications are available in the visitor account and included in the standard package for visitors. 

Get the free e-Ticket

The free e-Ticket for buyers and visitor will be available for download after the  registration on the event website. The access to the event will be based on ticket scanning. Please make sure you have on your phone the e-mail with the electronic ticket or print at home the ticket and bring it with you at the event.

Young people and children under the age of 18 have free access to the event and they must be accompanied by an adult who has a visitor ticket.

Continental Forum Arad

Hotel Continental Forum Arad is an emblematic building for the city of Arad and is centrally located (km 0), on the main boulevard of the city, in the immediate vicinity of numerous public institutions and tourist attractions. The building was inaugurated in 1969, and the old name of the hotel was “Astoria”.

Near the hotel is located the river bank of Mureş and the Neptune Swimming Pool. Our oldest and loyal guests remember the time of the old Astoria, but are also delighted with the current 4 star service and usually stop by for having a refreshing beer on the terrace or a delicious cake in the cafeteria.

The year 1998 marks the entrance of the Astoria hotel in the Continental chain. In a relatively short time, the hotel was renovated and it became a comfortable and elegant 4-star hotel. Over the years, leaders of the Romanian state, presidents and prime ministers have been our guests. Also, King Mihai visit honored us in a special way.
