What services do we offer during the fair?
Physical attending (at the expo location)
1.1. Exhibition Stand Visiting
We can offer you the possibility to visit the exhibitors at their stand.
2. B2B Meetings Planning (Invite to Event and Meetings Planner Online Modules)
Because your time is very precious, we offer the possibility to optimize your time, the number of meetings and the efficiency of meetings by using our online tools (Meetings Planner, Invite to Event, My Program) and sending/receiving invitations for meetings to/from suppliers (exhibitors) that you would like to meet at the event.
3. Attend B2B Meetings at the Trade Fair or by Video Conference
The meetings are held at the Trade Fair – Exhibitor stand or by Video Conference using Zoom Video Conferencing tools.
4. Attend Presentations at the Trade Fair or by Video Conference
Live presentations are held at the Trade Fair and available on the event website.

Virtual attending (online)
1. Online B2B Meetings Planning (Invite to Event and Meetings Planner Online Modules)
Because your time is very precious, we offer the possibility to optimize your time, the number of meetings and the efficiency of meetings by using our online tools (Meetings Planner, Invite to Event, My Program) and sending/receiving invitations for meetings to/from potential clients or actual clients that you would like to meet, during the event.
2. Online B2B Meetings by Video Conferencing
In order to held the meetings, we provide you a solution using Zoom Video Conferencing tools.
3. Online Presentations by Video Conferencing

Which are the costs for the participation?
For Buyers and Visitors
The participation is free of charge for all participating buyers and visitors as previously defined.
For Suppliers (Exhibitors)
The cost of each service is defined in the online registration (please select: I’m a Supplier (Exhibitor) and this information will be shown below) at the following address: https://emsetech.intradefairs.com/guidelines/supplier-exhibitor
The participation to the event is conditioned by prior online registration on the event website at the following address: https://emsetech.intradefairs.com/registration.
After registration, all tickets will be available in the registration account. The access to the event will be based on ticket scanning. Please make sure you have on your phone the e-mail with the electronic ticket or print at home the ticket and bring it with you at the event.
Young people and children under the age of 18 have free access to the event and they must be accompanied by an adult who has a visitor ticket.
How to use the Invite to Event Module?
The Invite to Event module is available for all online accounts.
By using this module, you can send online invitations for participation in the event to a list of email addresses defined by yourself.

How to use the Meetings Planner Module?
The Meetings Planner module is part of B2B Meetings services. You have access to this module only by acquiring the B2B Meetings service.
By using the Meetings Planner module, you can send online invitations for meetings to the registered participants in the event and you can increase your participation efficiency by 60%.

3. Select: Book spot (the meeting timing)
4. Write the reason(s) of requesting the meeting
5. Send the invitation
The invited person will receive an invitation in their account and on their email address. In case of acceptance, the meeting will be planned automatically. You will receive the confirmation.
The meeting planner can be used in the month in which the event takes place. We recommend you to use it actively. Initially you can send 14 invitations. Those invited have the possibility to approve or refuse. They receive a notification by e-mail when the invitation is sent and a reminder after 3 days. If they approve, the system plans the meeting automatically. If they refuse or do not respond within 5 days, the system cancels the invitation and unlocks the respective time slot so that you can invite another company. We also recommend that you use the Meeting Planner together with other methods of generating meetings, such as using the Invite to Event application (available in your account after registering and logging in to the website) and traditional methods of inviting other participants to your stand or to visit the stands of other exhibitors that are of interest to your company. Some companies are more successful in planning meetings, others have a lower rate, due to considerations related to a multitude of factors, such as the field of activity, the size and notoriety of the company, etc. Regardless of these factors, better results can be obtained if the following recommendations are followed: 1. designation of a person responsible for preparing participation in the event; 2. the appropriate and sometimes persistent use of online applications (Meeting planner, Invite to Event) and traditional methods (direct invitation or visit) to generate meetings.

For networking and meeting planning EMSETECH offers to specialized visitors (company representatives) several applications: Invite to Event, Meetings planner, My program. All applications are available in the visitor account and included in the standard package for visitors.
Get the free e-Ticket
The free e-Ticket for buyers and visitor will be available for download after the registration on the event website. The access to the event will be based on ticket scanning. The recommended car parking for exhibitors is Lux Divina (Dacia Exhibition Hall) parking.
All deliveries of exhibitors will be made by accessing Lux Divina (Dacia Exhibition Hall) parking.
Accommodation & Stay
Lux Divina
Located in Braşov, 10 minutes from the city centre and just a 1-minute drive from Coresi Shopping Resort, Lux Divina Hotel offers a spa centre with a hot tub, a wet sauna, a dry sauna, a salt room and a SPA lounge. Free WiFi and private parking are available. All rooms and suites are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a desk, a minibar and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Lux Divina Hotel features a 24-hour front desk, a terrace and a bar. There are also conference rooms. A buffet or à la carte breakfast is served daily.
