Physical attending (at the expo location)
1. Exhibition Stand
We can offer you the possibility to participate in the event with an exhibition stand built by us (it includes 9 m² surface (3 m width X 3 m depth), fascia board with company name, table + 4 chairs, garbage bin and electrical connection 230V). The selection of the exhibition stand(s) type, location and size is based on the order of the online registration.
2. B2B Meetings Planning (Invite to Event and Meetings Planner Online Modules)
Because your time is very precious, we offer the possibility to optimize your time, the number of meetings and the efficiency of meetings by using our online tools (Meetings Planner, Invite to Event, My Program) and sending/receiving invitations for meetings to/from potential clients or actual clients that you would like to meet, during the event.
3. B2B Meetings at the Trade Fair or by Video Conference
The meetings are held at the Trade Fair – Exhibitor stand or by Video Conference using Zoom Video Conferencing tools.
4. Presentations at the Trade Fair or by Video Conference
Live presentations are held at the Trade Fair and available on the event website.
Uploading a registered presentation/video on the event website or planning a livestream presentation is very easy with our online tools.

How to use the Invite to Event Module?
The Invite to Event module is available for all online accounts.
By using this module, you can send online invitations for participation in the event to a list of email addresses defined by yourself.

How to use the Meetings Planner Module?
The Meetings Planner module is part of B2B Meetings services. You have access to this module only by acquiring the B2B Meetings service.
By using the Meetings Planner module, you can send online invitations for meetings to the registered participants in the event and you can increase your participation efficiency by 60%.

Networking & meeting planning
For networking and meeting planning EMSETECH offers to exhibitors several applications: Invite to Event, Meetings planner, My program. Invite to Event and My program are included in the stand package for all exhibitors. The Meetings planner may be used by the exhibitors for planning meetings with other participants in the event if acquiring the optional service B2B Meetings, in the Networking section when registering at the event.
Exhibitor press releases
EMSETECH offers exhibitors the opportunity to make visitors aware of news and information about exhibitors, products and services by posting press releases on the event's website in the News section. If you want us to post news about your company on the event website please contact us.
Invitations for visitors
Visitors' participation is free based on registration on the event's website. The exhibitor can invite people to the event using the Invite to Event application available in the Exhibitor's account or using any other means available to the Exhibitor.
After registration, all tickets will be available in the registration account. The access to the event will be based on ticket scanning. Please make sure you have on your phone the e-mail with the electronic ticket or print at home the ticket and bring it with you at the event.
Young people and children under the age of 18 have free access to the event and they must be accompanied by an adult who has a visitor ticket.

Exhibitor passes
The recommended parking for exhibitors and the delivery of goods to the Trade Fair is Expo Arad car parking.
Exhibitor parking and exhibitor passes for planning the exhibition, stand setup and stand dismantling is free.

Continental Forum Arad
Hotel Continental Forum Arad is an emblematic building for the city of Arad and is centrally located (km 0), on the main boulevard of the city, in the immediate vicinity of numerous public institutions and tourist attractions. The building was inaugurated in 1969, and the old name of the hotel was “Astoria”.
