What services do we offer during the fair?
Physical attending (at the expo location)
1. Exhibition Stand
We can offer you the possibility to participate in the event with an exhibition stand variable size of your choice or an exhibition stand with standard size (it includes 9 square meters surface, a panel with your company name, showcase for the exhibition of products, brochures stand, table + 4 chairs and electrical connection). The selection of the exhibition stand(s) type, location and size is based on the order of the online registration.
2. B2B Meetings Planning (Invite to Event and Meetings Planner Online Modules)
Because your time is very precious, we offer the possibility to optimize your time, the number of meetings and the efficiency of meetings by using our online tools (Meetings Planner, Invite to Event, Your Program) and sending/receiving invitations for meetings to/from potential clients or actual clients that you would like to meet, during the event.
3. B2B Meetings at the Trade Fair or by Video Conference
The meetings are held at the Trade Fair – Exhibitor stand or by Video Conference using Zoom Video Conferencing tools.
4. Presentations at the Trade Fair or by Video Conference
Live presentations are held at the Trade Fair and available on the event website.
Uploading a registered presentation/video on the event website or planning a livestream presentation is very easy with our online tools.

Online B2B Meetings Planning (Invite to Event and Meetings Planner Online Modules)

How to use the Invite to Event Module?
The Invite to Event module is available for all online accounts.
By using this module, you can send online invitations for participation in the event to a list of email addresses defined by yourself.

How to use the Meetings Planner Module?
The Meetings Planner module is part of B2B Meetings services. You have access to this module only by acquiring the B2B Meetings service.
By using the Meetings Planner module, you can send online invitations for meetings to the registered participants in the event and you can increase your participation efficiency by 60%.

You will receive an invitation on your email address.

Networking & meeting planning
For networking and meeting planning EMSETECH offers to exhibitors several applications: Invite to Event, Meetings planner, My program. Invite to Event and My program are included in the stand package for all exhibitors. The Meetings planner may be used by the exhibitors for planning meetings with other participants in the event if acquiring the optional service B2B Meetings, in the Networking section when registering at the event.
Exhibitor press releases
EMSETECH offers exhibitors the opportunity to make visitors aware of news and information about exhibitors, products and services by posting press releases on the event's website in the News section. If you want us to post news about your company on the event website please contact us.
Invitations for customers
Vouchers for tickets - in unlimited quantities and free of charge!
We can provide you an unlimited number of free vouchers for one-day tickets/permanent tickets to EMSETECH - at no cost to you!
How it works?
We provide you a code that you sent to your collaborators/invitees. They will register on the event website and access Tickets page were they will get the ticket free of charge by using the code.

Exhibitor passes
The recommended parking for exhibitors and the delivery of goods to the Trade Fair is gate E.
Exhibitor parking and exhibitor passes for planning the exhibition, stand setup and stand dismantling is free. The Gate E will be open during stand setup and stand dismantling period.
Exhibitor tickets/passes for the EMSETECH Trade Fair are free and provided to exhibitors when arriving at Romexpo Exhibition Center - Hall B1.
Parking passes during the Trade Fair days are payable and can be aquired at exhibitor registration on the event website.
